Summary:As a Business Analyst Intern, you will help streamline and enhance day-to-day operations across the Americas by supporting automation and process improvement initiatives in the Customer Service organization. You will work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and collaborate with teams to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities Include
- Regional Scope – Customer Service - AMR (North America)
- Display strong business acumen and ability to take initiative and ownership of project needs
- Significant experience in complex and ever-changing environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests/demands on time
- Prioritize workload depending on project needs for on-time completion
- Possess a sense of urgency when performing tasks, excellent organizational skills
The following are required for the role
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Eager to learn about an Integrated Global Supply Chain and the Specialty Chemical industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability manage multiple requests and demands on time, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines
- The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
- The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.
