Duties And Responsibilities
- Daily customer invoicing & sales adjustments
- Prepare and post journal entries & related general ledger accounting work
- Reconciliation of various accounts and reports
- Participate in the month-end closing process
- Prepare, create, edit and update spreadsheets
- Year-end audit/closing & Bank Audits
- General ledger maintenance – Update reports/ create accounts, allocations, year-end roll and clear
- Accounts Payable
Minimum: The successful individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are also desirable:

Minimum
Education / Training:
- Associates Degree in Accounting
- 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing facility
