The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at NVIDIA is an organization of process, CAD, design, and test engineers that works closely with foundry partners and internal design groups. The team defines and prototypes sophisticated processes, designs, yields methodologies and ensures product groups are well-positioned for the next generation. We are looking to hire a skilled and creative CAD engineer to help achieve these goals in a high-visibility position.
What You'll Be Doing
The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 184,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, support, and maintain CAD infrastructure for the SRAM team
- Develop utilities to extract, store, and track metrics data from analysis flows
- Design dashboards using internal tools to display metrics
- Design GUIs to help enhance user experience
- Write flows to manage SRAM PDK and IP release
- Develop heuristics to collect and analyze SRAM PPA data on NVIDIA products
- Interface and collaborate with other CAD/design teams
- Pursuing or recently completed a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Programming experience in Python is a must
- Strong programming, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and good written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential in this role
- Experience with databases, revision control systems such as GIT, and GUI frameworks
- Knowledge of VLSI design fundamentals is a huge plus
