- Provide server management, including underlying hardware, Operating System, and virtualization, hypervisor layer.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, database administration, and refresh.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for configured services running on various platforms, operating within a defined operating model and processes.
- Provide hardware and software support.
- Implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions, vendors, and brands.
- Active Directory Management.
- Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred.
- CompTIA A or ITIL certification preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.
- Microsoft SQL Administration.
- Vulnerability management.
- Microsoft server upgrades.
- Microsoft File share.
- O365, Exchange.
