  • 6 years of project or program management experience with a strong record of success from initiation through completion required.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile) preferred; PPI/Lean/Six Sigma certification a major plus.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects ($500K CAPEX/OPEX budgets) and leading initiatives lasting 6 months.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

Skills & Abilities

  • Skilled at influencing across matrixed, global environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and inspire teams toward shared goals.
