Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. The Successful Candidate Will
- Be an excellent writer and regularly communicate with VP and S-Team leadership
- Be comfortable in ambiguity and willing to test and learn
- Influence others without authority to gain buy-in for your deliverables
- Be able to seamlessly balance intricate product details while maintaining a larger product vision which fits into the F2 strategy.
- Work with tech teams to scope out product requirements and build roadmaps which deliver a minimal lovable product with a bias for action
- Possess a deep understanding of customer behavior
- Build go-to-market strategies which enable your product to succeed at scale
- Be obsessed with learning and become an expert in the problem statement you are trying to solve
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
