Recruitment Operations: Day-to-day recruiting is led by regional TA teams.
Technical Configuration: System builds and configuration are managed by HRIS and IT.
Tier 1 Support: Recruiter and candidate support is handled by HR delivery teams, though this role informs systemic enhancements based on trends and feedback.
The salary range for this position is $98,500 to $157,700 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR technology, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong problem-solving and consulting skills; ability to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with the TA tech landscape, including ATS, CRM, conversational AI, and analytics tools.
- Experience coordinating UAT and working closely with end users and technical teams.
Strategic Talent Acquisition Solutions
- Translate global and regional business needs into scalable and technology-forward TA strategies.
- Partner closely with TA, HR, and business leaders to co-create and implement tools and processes that enhance efficiency and experience.
- Leverage data, automation, and AI capabilities to improve hiring outcomes and deliver a seamless candidate journey.
- Support the optimization of Marriott’s TA technology stack, including ATS, CRM, conversational AI, scheduling tools, and interview intelligence platforms.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, VMS, and external vendors to manage enhancements, integrations, and solution performance.
- Help evaluate emerging TA technologies and trends, participating in pilot planning and deployment.
- Drive and support system administration activities, ensuring that technical configuration, release management, and ongoing system support are executed by the HRIS and IT teams.
- Champion the voice of recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers in all process and technology design decisions.
- Conduct user research and needs assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Turn user insights into prioritized, actionable enhancements to processes and systems.
- Lead and support TA technology projects, including planning, execution, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate alignment across functions, ensuring high adoption and sustained value from new tools or process changes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for all TA technology implementations and enhancements.
- Define test plans, coordinate end-user participation, and manage issue tracking and resolution.
- Act as the central liaison between business users, HRIS, and vendors to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements prior to go-live.
- Support the maintenance of a global TA technology roadmap aligned with Marriott’s HR and business objectives.
