Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$146,700.00
Maximum
$339,300.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations

Responsibilities
- Leading and growing a team of data engineers, analysts and scientists.
- Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
- Designing and delivering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner.
- Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics.
- Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams.
- Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support.
- Bringing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field and have 15 years across data engineering, ML, and analytics (preferably in SaaS).
- Deep expertise in subscription sales finance datasets.
- Strong engineering skills with proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data.
- Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based data solutions and expertise in data architecture, compliance, security, and governance.
- Proficiency with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Python, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB, Notebooks.
- Excellent communicator, able to lead independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
