- Tracking training metrics and training completions through online systems
- Develop and share communications sent by the function
- Support audits, transaction testing, metrics gathering

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of one year export compliance experience
- 1 year of experience working for a multinational company or a U.S. defense contractor
- Due to U.S. export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status under asylum or refugee.
- A person that will have ability to train others
- Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
- Knowledge of export regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- One (1) year of export compliance experience
- Strong writing skills
- Experience in drafting presentations, procedures, forms, reports, contracts, agreements, or licenses
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present to small and large groups with participants from various levels
- Proactive, well-organized, highly motivated
- Ability to work independently once tasks are assigned
- Aptitude for compliance
- Experience with audits
- Experience working in a compliance-related role, especially one involving export compliance, is a plus
- Detailed knowledge of the export regulations (ITAR and EAR), is plus
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with developing or using digital tools
