Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director, Partnership Growth to lead and drive the growth and success of Anywhere Leads. This role is pivotal in developing and executing the strategic vision for our partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The Senior Director will oversee the Partnership Growth team and will be responsible for cultivating high-level strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our partnership ecosystem. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong track record in strategic partnership management, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead the Partnership Growth team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth and align with business objectives.
Cultivate high-level relationships through building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners, leveraging extensive industry experience to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
Identify new opportunities, utilizing strategic insights to identify and capitalize on new partnership opportunities, expanding the partnership portfolio within existing and new industry verticals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with internal teams, including operations, legal, finance, product development, and marketing, to maximize partnership opportunities and ensure cohesive execution.
Lead negotiations and contract management, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with strategic goals and drive partnership success.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. Adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Represent Anywhere Leads at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Qualifications
10 years of applicable experience in B2B strategic partnership management, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-level relationships across industries such as real estate, technology, and financial services.
Strategic partnerships experience at the brand/enterprise level.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best.
Excellent project management, executive presence, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the highest levels.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel 20-40%
