- Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, , or related discipline
- 15 years of proven experience in Construction Management working on County Public Work projects.
- Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; associated safety requirements.
- Knowledge of current and upcoming relevant local, regional, state and federal regulations governing design, construction, contracting, environmental, and safety measures
- Experience with projects utilizing alternative project delivery.
- Experience supporting clients on multiple capital projects.
- Required to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Current and valid registration as a licensed Professional Architect or Engineer in the State of California Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification
- Proven experience and knowledge with Caltrans Transportation projects
