POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for supporting Total Rewards Compensation, its Center of Expertise (COE) Leaders and Consultants, HR Business Partners, and the HR Service Center in the design, development and delivery of programs and services intended to meet the needs of the Ministry. Under guidance, provides comprehensive analytical support to functional area programs by performing evaluative and reporting activities of business operational services and assisting with the completion and delivery of portions of large scale and high impact projects; developing related communications; conducting administrative processing activities and participating in Ministry or Human Resources sponsored special projects and initiatives. Work activities reflect increased complexity and greater decision-making and problemsolving latitude in conducting job evaluation and market analysis; developing job descriptions; utilizing and maintaining appropriate compensation tools, systems and databases, and responding to multiple, varied and technically detailed assignments. Responsibilities are generally complex requiring the application of a broad knowledge of compensation methods, practices and techniques.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, as normally obtained through a Bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in job evaluation, market analysis, base pay and compensation program administration. Health-care compensation experience preferred.
- General knowledge of and experience with human resources practices, laws and regulations, specifically the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- General understanding of organizational relationships and structures and ability to respond to reasonably complex situations requiring analytical, interpretive, evaluative and constructive thinking abilities in order to recommend creative solutions. Strong logical and deductive reasoning abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to discuss detailed technical or sensitive information with internal and external customers and to develop comprehensive job descriptions. Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and ability to manage and complete work in an efficient and thorough manner.
- Proficiency in software programs including Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills in order to develop and maintain spreadsheets and perform data analysis. Familiarity with Workday and MarketPay preferred.
- Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality with extremely sensitive data.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills in order to initiate and develop productive working partnerships with management and staff. Ability to read the subtle nuances of situations and react/plan accordingly. 9. Proven customer-service orientation. Ability to know and understand customer requirements and exercise judgment in meeting reasonable expectations. 10. Ability to support a change management and process improvement work environment.
- Flexibility with the ability to handle and prioritize competing and multiple tasks/projects in a timely and organized manner.
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
