Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support multiple product and engineering teams by seamlessly integrating Agile, Lean, and DevOps into team routines and deliverables. This role involves fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement to ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple product/engineering teams in adopting and effectively implementing Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate multi-team workshops, such as quarterly planning, to support quality delivery and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and resolve dependencies or obstacles like technical issues, process delays, or resource shortages.
- Collaborate with product leaders to develop team estimates, realistic roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Oversee progress reporting, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Use data on risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles to drive ongoing process improvements for teams.
- Encourage transparency and information-sharing to optimize team workflows and results.
- Facilitate and promote collaboration and communication between product/engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Leverage agile experience and product knowledge to help teams select appropriate tools and frameworks for optimal delivery.
- Manage Agile artifacts like sprints and backlogs, and support backlog maintenance.
- Use experience with multiple estimation techniques to help the team break down work into manageable tasks, estimate effort, and track progress.
- Effectively utilize CI/CD principles to drive measurable improvements in team metrics.
- Serve as a representative of the product or engineering team to Sr. stakeholders, effectively communicating the team's progress and challenges.
- 5 years of experience in an Agile Delivery Lead or similar role.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Proficiency in using appropriate tooling for creating visuals, dashboards, and reports.
- Strong grasp of product management principles.
- Data analytics expertise to drive informed product decisions.
- In-depth product and technology domain knowledge.
- Advanced problem-solving ability.
- Exhibits integrity and high standards.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, branching options, and test-driven development.
- Demonstrates expertise in addressing technical debt to enhance product quality and agility.
