About The Role
As a CBRE Account Operations Sr. Coordinator, you will execute advanced operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up.

What You’ll Do
- Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing complex routine and non-routine activities.
- Assist large clients to achieve objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and quality.
- Assign maintenance repair work orders in a timely manner. This includes dispatching, scheduling, and completing post-service activities.
- Review and prioritize open work orders for follow-up.
- Conduct periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of projects and work orders.
- Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and resolve any escalated challenges, issues, or new opportunities.
- Monitor conflicting reports to validate accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve.
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
- Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
- Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
- General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team
