Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day relationships with influencers and creators, assisting with discovery, onboarding, brief distribution, content coordination, approvals, and execution
- Research and help maintain a pipeline of brand-fit, brand-safe influencers and creators aligned to campaign objectives
- Assist with gathering rate information, organizing deliverables, and supporting negotiations for usage rights and partnership terms
- Help draft creative briefs and provide feedback to creators to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices
- Coordinate content reviews and revisions; support live monitoring to ensure accuracy, FTC compliance, and proper calls-to-action
- Track deliverables and maintain campaign trackers; assist with performance reporting, insights gathering, and KPI measurement
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, social, media, legal, finance, and agency teams to support contracts, compliance documentation, invoicing, and payment processing
- Support collaboration with PR and communications teams to align influencer content with broader brand messaging
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice management for influencer programs and agency scopes
- Monitor influencer, creator, entertainment, and social platform trends; proactively share relevant insights with the team
- Salary Range: $55,700–82,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, communications, or related fields (internships included)
- Familiarity with key influencer and creator platforms and technologies (e.g., creator discovery tools, social analytics platforms, content management systems)
- Proficiency in reporting and analysis, with the ability to compile campaign results, track KPIs, and translate data into clear insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
