Job Summary:
The Specialist II, Marketing Operations will support the Americas Marketing team and is responsible for day-to-day management, coordination, and continuous improvement of marketing campaign and lead management processes. Supporting the Marketing Operations team, this role ensures efficient execution, data accuracy, and performance visibility across integrated platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, iCapture, Allego). The position supports collaboration with Commercial leadership and the Sales organization to maintain visibility to marketing leads, follow-up activities, and strategic opportunity progression, providing actionable insights and reporting that enhance visibility and foster collaboration between Marketing and Commercial leadership.

Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Specialist II, Marketing Operations will support the Americas Marketing team and is responsible for day-to-day management, coordination, and continuous improvement of marketing campaign and lead management processes. Supporting the Marketing Operations team, this role ensures efficient execution, data accuracy, and performance visibility across integrated platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, iCapture, Allego). The position supports collaboration with Commercial leadership and the Sales organization to maintain visibility to marketing leads, follow-up activities, and strategic opportunity progression, providing actionable insights and reporting that enhance visibility and foster collaboration between Marketing and Commercial leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage day-to-day marketing campaigns across automation, CRM, and data management platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Support setup, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and tracking of campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Maintain marketing operations calendars, process documentation, and standard operating procedures to support timely and compliant execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign and lead performance metrics, providing insights that support continuous improvement and business alignment.
- Manage lead capture and routing from digital campaigns, events, and conferences to ensure data integrity and complete visibility through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Sales and Commercial leadership to enhance lead follow-up, engagement tracking, and conversion reporting.
- Support the integration of marketing and enablement systems to connect marketing performance data with field activity and commercial outcomes.
- Identify and communicate data or process inconsistencies, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Provide support for operational reporting, purchase order processing, and budget tracking to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of compliance, data governance, and privacy requirements within all marketing and lead management processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital campaign execution, CRM data management, or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
- Combined education and experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical device industry preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically, estimated up to 10%.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute operational processes that connect marketing strategy to execution while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and reporting platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Salesforce) as well as Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze and present data-driven insights that support business decisions.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven success working across Marketing, Product, and Commercial functions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Knowledge of compliance, data governance, and reporting requirements within regulated healthcare or medical device industries.
- Professional presence and team-oriented mindset with the ability to represent Marketing Operations in cross-functional initiatives.
