The Solution Architect, Advanced Provider Data Management is responsible for understanding regulatory complexities, business challenges, and organizational strategy to develop new capabilities, optimize existing solutions, and formulate business strategy. The Solution Architect acts as a liaison between business units, IT, Leadership, and program managers ensuring roadmap and technical solutions align with business goals.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Advanced degree in business administration, IT, computer science, or a related field
Preferred Experience
7-9 years of experience as a solution architect; healthcare industry strongly preferred

Job Summary
The Solution Architect, Advanced Provider Data Management is responsible for understanding regulatory complexities, business challenges, and organizational strategy to develop new capabilities, optimize existing solutions, and formulate business strategy. The Solution Architect acts as a liaison between business units, IT, Leadership, and program managers ensuring roadmap and technical solutions align with business goals.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to understand business objectives, gather existing requirements, and reformulate them for the development of new capabilities and solutions
- Understand new data constructs and how they apply to provider data management
- Document architectural framework for new data solutions including all inputs and processes utilizing the data
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to create solutions that optimizing accuracy and efficiency of the processes
- Partner with IT in solutioning sessions to create technical process frameworks and artifacts based on business requirements
- Create effective pre-deployment test plans and post production deployment validation expectations and artifacts
- Develop KPI’s and reporting to measure performance of new solutions
- Optimize change management for new capabilities and processes minimizing process adoption friction
- Create and present key metrics, performance indicators and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
- 5 years of solution architecture experience
- Proficiency in data analysis, project management, diagramming software, database administration, code development, and electronic file management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
