Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. This will be a manual testing position doing mostly ecommerce storefront and checkout testing.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50 - $55 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated tests for web applications
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Validate frequent releases and ensure quality standards
- Write and review acceptance criteria for user stories
- Utilize test management tools to track and report defects
- Support code releases with automated functional tests
- Work on eCommerce projects and enterprise platforms
- eCommerce experience
- Web Testing experience (this will be mostly web)
- Experience with TestRail
- 3 years experience in manual test execution and automated test creation and execution.
- 3 years experience working with test management tools
- Knowledge of responsive web design concepts
- Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in testing and validating frequent releases
- Experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories
- Proficient in testing software manually; including but not limited to experience-based, context, exploratory, and scenario testing
- Proficient in test plan, test case, and test script formulation, report creation, defect tracking, business requirement/system specification analysis
- Experience with eCommerce projects on enterprise platforms [SalesForce, CommerceCloud] preferred
- Experience developing or maintaining suite of automated functional tests supporting code releases is a plus
- Experience with enterprise Order Management Systems (OMS), warehouse, and CMS platforms a plus
