This role is hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for producing high-quality, social-first content that brings our categories, experts, and stories to life. You'll work closely with Pop Culture specialists, Social Media leadership, and Marketing, Communications, and PR teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, category expertise, and broader business goals.
- Produce high-quality static and video assets for all major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Create social-first content including short-form video, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, carousels, graphics, and basic motion assets.
- Shoot, edit, and package content optimized for platform-specific best practices (aspect ratios, pacing, captions, hooks).
- Adapt and version content across platforms while maintaining visual consistency and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Content Managers to execute against the editorial calendar.
- Stay current on social trends, formats, editing styles, and emerging tools-especially within short-form video.
- Apply platform-native storytelling techniques to ensure content feels timely, relevant, and authentic.
- Contribute ideas for new content formats, series, and visual approaches.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and PR teams to support campaigns, launches, auctions, and cultural moments.
- Incorporate feedback from performance insights and community response to refine future content.
Skills And Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience producing content for social media, ideally within a brand, media company, or agency environment
- Experience coming from Luxury Brands
- Bachelor's degree - Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Ability to create both static and video assets for multiple social platforms
- Experience working with creating and editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Edits, VN, etc.)
- Able to navigate to social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
