What's the Job?
- Finish picked orders in Fishbowl Inventory, ensuring accuracy against the pick ticket.
- Create labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs) for all shipments and enter tracking information into Fishbowl.
- Research and resolve any shipping issues, responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Perform weekly inventory counts and maintain a clean workspace.
- Assist with one-off warehouse tasks as needed.
- Prior Shipping & Receiving experience
- Experience using Fishbowl inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for resolving shipping issues.
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
