We are hiring for a full-time, Senior Windows & Citrix Admin to join an established Platform Engineering team which supports a major transportation and logistics company. You will be responsible for administering and advancing our client's Azure AD instance and Windows domain in AWS, managing Citrix Cloud and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and ensuring secure, reliable, and high quality service delivery to their hosted customers. This position requires deep expertise in Windows domain management, automation, virtualization, and customer facing operational excellence. You will own critical identity infrastructure, Citrix application delivery, Citrix infrastructure management, Azure AD administration, system automation, Active Directory automation and maintenance, and participate directly in the reliability, performance, and security of our hosted environments.

Skills And Requirements
- 5 years administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, identity governance, and Azure AD administration.
- Strong experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM concepts, security groups, hybrid connectivity, Systems Manager).
- Expertise with Citrix Cloud and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
- Deep knowledge of virtualization, networking fundamentals, and enterprise security principles.
- Customer centric mindset with commitment to reliable, high quality hosted services.
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple layers of the stack.
- Good English language written and verbal communication; comfortable working with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and operate in a fast paced environment. - Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or modern Azure certifications).
- Citrix CCA V, CCP V, or higher.
- AWS SysOps or Solutions Architect Associate.
- ITIL Foundation or related operational frameworks.
