About The Role

As a member of the Global Marketing organization, you will report to the Global Employer Brand Director and lead content strategy and development for the Talent Marketing team.

This team supports both employer brand and recruitment marketing across internal and external channels. You will collaborate closely with regional Recruitment Marketing Leads, as well as colleagues across People, Corporate Communications, and Marketing, to ensure talent—both current employees and future candidates—engages with the brand in meaningful, differentiated, and innovative ways.

You will play a lead role in owning the team’s content strategy and execution from end to end. You excel at building strong partnerships across a matrixed organization, consistently delivering high quality work that surprises and delights your stakeholders. You are fluent in the language of social media, energized by experimentation, and comfortable using AI tools to accelerate the development of compelling, human-centered content.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute content creation for employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns (organic paid), using AI tools to support narrative development, ensuring relevance across external and internal channels.
  • Use AI agents to generate and refine copy across formats—including social, web, video, and campaign assets—ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Own the editorial and social media content calendar for Talent Marketing.
  • Support the ongoing development of content strategy, activation plans, and creative concepts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and content performance, providing insights and recommendations to guide optimization and future planning.

  • 2-5 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing—preferably within employer brand or recruitment marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience developing social first video content and copywriting/editing across multiple content types, at high volumes.
  • Demonstrated skill in leveraging AI tools for content development and creative ideation.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and emerging best practices.
  • Ability to apply brand, messaging, and tone-of-voice guidelines consistently across channels.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work with urgency, practicality, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort operating within a lean, fast-moving, and evolving environment with a strong bias for action.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders seamlessly into creative outputs.
  • Impeccable spelling, grammar, and adaptability to brand voice.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience within a matrixed organization.
  • Nice to have: SEO/GEO skills

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Union Operating Engineer position is $55 per hour and the maximum salary is $60 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
