Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION
This position is responsible for providing qualified candidates to hiring managers to fill open positions; screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates to management; work with both internal and external candidates to fill positions as well as ensure consistency with corporate AAP\EEO goals; work with hiring managers to create job specifications and descriptions as well as leverage various resources to source qualified candidates to fill positions. Utilize job boards, print advertising, job fairs, employee referrals etc. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop salary and compensation structure. Responsible for all metrics and reports as they relate to staffing efforts as well as work to ensure compliance with EEO\Diversity policies; and utilize knowledge of the marketplace and how the organization fits within that market.
NOTE: this role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week. Relocation will NOT be offered; sponsorship is NOT available either now or in the future.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business and 4 years experience OR 8 years experience.
- Recruitment experience in recruitment agency or corporate environment.
- Experience with one or more applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- High comfort level discussing existing and emerging technologies in the areas of software, hardware, databases, networking, security etc.
- Ability to establish priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to work with other departments within HR and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to recruit and work with hiring managers remotely.
- Ability to act as counselor to hiring managers and candidates on staffing and other HR related issues.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy level and willingness to do whatever is needed to get job done
- Experience with Workday.
- Project management skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Health care insurance experience.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations
- Establish and maintain credibility and rapport with all levels of management in assigned divisions. Meet with hiring authorities to clarify job requirements and discuss recruitment efforts.
- Pre-screen applications and resumes for all levels of positions. Interview applicants, assess qualifications for specific positions, and refer the best candidates to the appropriate hiring authorities in a timely manner.
- Coordinate posting of vacant positions for corporate job posting. Work with management in developing effective requirements of posted position; ensuring positions are posted in a timely manner in accordance with posting policies. Screen employee applications to determine qualifications and referral to hiring authority and counsel employees on non-referral and non-selection determinations.
- Identify and develop potential sources of qualified applicants which include minority, female, handicapped applicants for recruitment purposes. Participate in employment fairs and "career days." Develop contacts with fee paid and non-fee paid agencies and placement offices of colleges and vocational schools.
- Ensure consistency with corporate AAPEEO goals and cost considerations. Assist in researching and responding to government audits as needed.
- Recommend new procedures and practices to increase effectiveness of staffing function. Always seek and utilize most cost-effective and results-oriented recruitment methods.
- Provide qualified candidates to hiring managers to fill open positions by placing ads on internet, conducting resume searches etc.
