Responsibilities
The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000-88,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation : This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan.

Responsibilities
- Manage 20-30 active staffing requisitions across client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
- Leverage data-driven recruiting practices using ATS, reporting tools, and metrics to track pipeline activity, submission-to-hire ratios, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide tailored candidate recommendations, and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Serve as a mentor to junior recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and process optimization.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive offers and alignment with industry trends.
- Represent Compucom externally to build and maintain relationships with top talent.
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products and train junior team members
- Meet performance related goals to enhance productivity and success
- 8 years of experience in high-volume IT recruiting, with exposure across all levels, from entry to executive.
- Minimum 5 years in a Senior Recruiter capacity, managing niche and executive-level roles while maintaining broad IT recruiting expertise.
- Strong consultative and client-facing skills, with proven ability to influence hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach, leveraging recruiting metrics to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
- Proficient in ATS systems (JobDiva, Workday, or similar) and advanced sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make business-minded recruiting decisions.
- Experience mentoring or training junior recruiters to strengthen team performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and experience partnering with HR to communicate program updates and adjustments.
