- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across operational and technology domains.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights.
- Mentor and train internal teams in project management best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across business processes.
- 10 years of experience in project or program management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with automation and data integration tools (e.g., Power BI, ERP systems).
- PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification preferred.
- Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
