What You Will Do
- Serve as a lead delivery architect for Corporate Function application initiatives, providing both functional and technical expertise across the software delivery lifecycle, within the Compliance and Finance domain.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable, efficient, and compliant technology solutions.
- Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade solutions within corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide architectural leadership across multiple platforms, third-party compliance tools, and financial systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, applying strong project management skills to drive successful delivery of initiatives on time and within budget.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Partner with IT and business leadership to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for Compliance and Finance applications.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of IT experience with a strong background in corporate function applications, particularly in Compliance and Finance domains.
- Experience in solution architecture, systems integration, Program Management and application lifecycle management.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and external implementation partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering business value.
- Master’s degree.
- Experience with compliance and risk management platforms.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in Agile project management or agile methodology.
