We are seeking an experienced Payload Engineer who will support an Army customer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the evaluation and integration of a variety of payload subsystems (EO/IR, Radar, Electronic Warfare, LiDAR, weapons, etc.) into uncrewed aircraft systems. You'll be responsible for technical and programmatic coordination with external offices that execute Payload Programs of Record and applicable Science and Technology Efforts. You will p repare and deliver reports and briefings to the customer describing program status, issues, analyses, findings, results, recommendations, and conclusions as appropriate. To accomplish this, you'll need excellent communication skills and to embrace a highly motivated team environment. This role requires Subject Matter Expertise on the performance and capabilities of payload systems.

- BS in related field
- Minimum 7 years of related experience
- Some travel
- Must have an in-scope Secret level security clearance
- MS in related field
- Experience with uncrewed aircraft systems
