We're seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering -a hands-on technology leader who thrives on solving complex challenges in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and highly available services . Responsibilities

We're looking for a Manager of Software Engineering who thrives at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation . In this role, you'll bring your expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies to lead engineering teams building and operating mission-critical healthcare solutions. You won't just manage tasks-you'll set strategy, guide execution, and inspire teams to deliver world-class, reliable, and scalable products.

What You'll Bring

• 10 years developing software, including 5 years managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Proven success leading complex, large-scale, distributed systems in mission-critical environments.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases, NoSQL systems, and cloud infrastructure .
• Experience with big data applications, analytics, and multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure .
• Strong technical presence-comfortable presenting forward-looking strategies to executives and aligning diverse stakeholders.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
