- Lead the execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met, with an initial focus on Talent Acquisition analytics products.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
- Analyze program performance using key metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize results, cost-effectiveness, and the delivery of actionable insights.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities, particularly in the areas of data, analytics, and new technologies (AI/Agents).
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in program management, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business plan execution in People/Talent Acquisition environments.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills and adaptability in dynamic, data-driven settings to overcome obstacles and meet performance standards.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, educate leadership, and foster collaboration across departments.
- Experience in process improvement, including conducting gap analyses and implementing best practices aligned with company and analytics strategy.
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate program performance, and recommend actionable changes to optimize outcomes and deliver personalized insights.
- Commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve high performance and continuous learning.
