In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders across Amazon to extend and enable return solutions in a cross team manner. This work includes the requirement to continually innovate, while extending scalable return program solutions worldwide.
The Senior Manager, Worldwide Returns PMO collaborates with external product and program owners across Amazon to ensure they include a well thought out returns and disposition solution and customer returns experience as part of each partner team's overall strategy. We own the initiation, prioritization, or termination of work and changes necessary (with external teams) to ensure that external roadmaps, designs, and strategic objectives finance, risk align with our north star customer experience and Amazon economics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
