Job Description

The Client Partner will be responsible for managing and growing one or more key client relationships within automotive vertical, serving as the primary executive point of contact and trusted advisor. This role carries full P&L accountability, with responsibility for driving bookings (TCV), revenue growth, profitability, and overall client satisfaction. The Client Partner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, develop long-term strategic plans, and work closely with Client Success Managers to identify opportunities for innovation and value creation. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, a proven ability to build C-suite relationships, and the skills to align client priorities with our firm's capabilities. The Client Partner will be accountable for deepening partnerships, expanding our footprint, and achieving sustainable growth across the assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Drive account growth through identification and pursuit of new opportunities, ensuring alignment with client priorities.
  • Manage full P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring TCV, ABR, revenue, and margin goals are achieved.
  • Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships (C-suite and senior stakeholders) to influence decision-making and create long-term partnerships.
  • Partner with delivery, solution, and offering teams to ensure consistent delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including revenue targets, growth strategies, and risk management.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and deal shaping to secure long-term commitments.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally, advocating for their needs while balancing business priorities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to inform strategy and strengthen account positioning.
  • Mentor and guide account teams to build high-performing, client-focused engagement models.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in client relationship management, account leadership, or consulting within a technology, professional services, or outsourcing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and securing new opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of client business drivers, industry challenges, and transformation priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with proven ability to engage at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to collaborate across global, matrixed organizations and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
