As Senior Manager of Recruitment Marketing, you’ll lead a team that brings Walmart’s talent story to life – executing impactful recruitment marketing campaigns that attract and engage talent at scale. Reporting to the Director of Talent Attraction, this role partners closely with leadership to help shape recruitment marketing strategy while owning day-to-day execution, team leadership, and campaign performance across the enterprise.
What You'll Do...
Walmart’s Talent Attraction team drives a unified talent experience through Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and Sourcing. Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, and Creative teams, the group ensures alignment with enterprise priorities. This team develops and executes recruitment marketing strategies that reflect business objectives and enhance brand messaging. Members leverage analytics and market research to optimize outreach and media investments. By fostering strong partnerships and delivering innovative recruitment solutions, the team supports Walmart’s goal of attracting top talent and advancing organizational success through effective communication and strategic marketing execution.

- Lead and develop a team of recruitment marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture
- Partner with the Director of Talent Attraction to help shape recruitment marketing strategy and translate priorities into plans
- Oversee the planning and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns that drive quality conversions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment marketing support
- Collaborate with Employer Brand and Sourcing partners to ensure cohesive talent attraction efforts
- Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, improve outcomes, and inform future planning
- Identify opportunities to test and scale new channels, tools, and approaches that elevate how Walmart attracts talent
- 10 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing, ideally within a complex or high-volume environment
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a people-first and hands-on leadership approach
- Strong strategic thinking paired with executional strength—you’re comfortable moving from planning to delivery
- Data fluency, with the ability to translate insights into action and improved performance
- Compelling storytelling skills that bring employer brand and role-specific messaging to life
- Experience managing recruitment marketing budgets and optimizing spend to drive results
- A collaborative mindset and comfort partnering across teams and senior stakeholders
