We're looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization. This role is all about bringing sustainable training programs to life, collaborating with teams to complete training needs assessments, design function-specific learning, and continuously improving training based on the needs of the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll be part of the team developing our people, making sure they have the skills, tools, and resources to thrive. Here's how you'll do it:

Partnering with Teams from Training Needs Analysis to Customized Training

Work closely withbusiness leaders, HR, and subject matter expertsto lead training need assessments,design and deliver team- and function-specific training.

Use your design skills to tailor existing content tomeet the unique needs of different groupswithin Braun Intertec.

Be a trusted learning partner-helping teams build skills and solve challenges throughtargeted training solutions.

Delivering Engaging Learning Experiences

Coordinate, facilitate and deliverkey training programsacross multiple formats (in-person, virtual, eLearning, video, etc.).

Lead sessions forNew Employee Onboarding, New Supervisor Training, DISC workshops, and team learning experiences.

Adapt delivery styles to engage a variety of learners and learning preferences.

Partner to manage Learning System data & information along with key leader resources.

Keeping Training Relevant & Impactful

Regularly & consistentlygather meaningful feedbackfrom learners, managers, and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve training content.

Utilize data and collaboration to ensure programsevolve alongside the organization, making sure learning stays aligned withbusiness needs and industry trends.

Help maintain and update learning materials and records to keep contentfresh, engaging, and effective.

Required Skills/Competencies

Experience in utilizing training needs assessment tools to ensure impactful learning solutions.

Experience infacilitating trainingand delivering learning experiences that make an impact.

Some experience in creating effective e-learning modules

Experience inLearning & Development, HR, or a related field(you don't need to be a lifelong L&D pro, but you should be passionate about learning and continuous improvement).

Strong communication and collaboration skills-you enjoy working with teams and helping people grow.

Acontinuous improvement mindset-you like to adapt and refine learning experiences to make them better over time.

A knack for making learningengaging, interactive, and effective-whether it's through a presentation, workshop, or digital format.

Minimum Qualifications

Education College degree or equivalent experience

Experience and/or Training One to two years related experience

Licenses/Certificates Driver's license

Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office, Previous LMS experience

Compensation Range

$73,000.00 - $109,000.00
