Senior Director, North American Sales -AI & Machine Learning

Are you a senior sales leader with a passion for AI, data innovation, and building world-class teams? Lionbridge is seeking a Senior Director, North American Sales - AI & Machine Learning to lead and grow our team of Enterprise Account Executives, focused on acquiring new customers for our cutting-edge AI Data Services. This is your opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for one of the most exciting and fast-evolving segments in the industry.

You'll be responsible for leading, coaching, and scaling a team of motivated hunters- empowering them to engage enterprise buyers, expand into new verticals, and consistently exceed revenue targets. You'll bring a builder mindset, deep knowledge of consultative selling in technical spaces, and a proven ability to lead with purpose and accountability.

This is a remote role that will require travel to customer sites as needed. The target candidate will be located in California, Washington, or a nearby Western U.S. State.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executivesfocused on winning new logos in the AI and Machine Learning data servicesspace.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targetingenterprise customers seeking high-quality AI training data, human-in-the-loopservices, and multilingual data solutions.
  • Build a culture of curiosity, persistence, andaccountability- guiding your team through the full sales lifecycle fromprospecting to close.
  • Support and drive high-value opportunities, bringingexecutive presence and deal strategy to key customer engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solutions,Delivery, and Marketing teams to align messaging, accelerate sales cycles, anddeliver tailored solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear sales performance metrics andKPIs that ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sustainable revenuegrowth.
  • Identify emerging customer needs and industry trends toinform go-to-market strategy, outreach campaigns, and resource alignment.
  • Coach your team members on articulating differentiatedvalue propositions, positioning Lionbridge as a leader in AI/ML data solutionsand trusted enterprise partner.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 10 years of enterprise sales experience with at least 5 years leading high-performing sales teams focused on new business acquisition.
  • Strong preference for experience in AI/ML services,data-centric technologies, or technical consulting in emerging tech fields.
  • Proven track record of building scalable sales engines andexceeding quota in complex, B2B solution-selling environments.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching,culture, and execution.
  • Ability to craft and communicate differentiated messagingthat solves real-world problems for technical and business stakeholders alike.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to support strategicsales initiatives, including pricing, legal, product, and operations alignment.
  • Comfortability using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) andforecasting tools to measure and manage performance.
  • Passion for AI, ML, and data transformation, with acuriosity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support team andcustomer engagements.
