The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Key Responsibilities
- Help build comprehensive business cases for strategic initiatives, conducting quick cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations and risk assessments
- Track and manage the ongoing intake of new ideas and add valuable ideas to our running project inventory
- Support innovation sprints by asking questions and providing data insights that help evaluate project viability and potential
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market trends, benchmarking, and internal performance metrics
- Support ad hoc data analysis for varying and ambiguous themes of work
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
- Communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 3 years of consulting, financial management, product management or related high-level analytical experience in an operational environment
- Proven track record of improving business processes through first-principles and systems thinking
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on delivering measurable results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering on quick deadlines
- 2 years of experience in SQL
- 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Bachelors Degree
