We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Security Technical Program Manager to join Snap's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Team. This pivotal role is focused on establishing a mature, enterprise-wide cybersecurity framework essential for protecting our global user base, employees, and partners. You'll be instrumental in driving high-impact security initiatives and building the next generation of GRC technology at Snap.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.

The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

What You’ll Do
- Make security and privacy the default: build processes that simplify compliance and embed essential safeguards into every product decision, release cycle, and workflow.
- Partner with teams across the company to drive adoption of security best-practices, tools, services, or architectures, in a measurable and reportable fashion
- Build clearly defined company wide security and privacy centric programs with high degrees of adoption
- Develop and generate metrics to drive actionable insights into those programs
- Deliver on opportunities to optimize/automate manual or inefficient processes
- Take on major projects with no direction or oversight, removing ambiguity and ensuring the program or project is successful
- Collaborate with multiple internal security teams and product groups
- Depth of security experience and familiarity with a broad range of information security concepts and principles.
- Proven experience of running critical programs within a security field
- Experience working with engineers, driving large security projects that have had a proven impact
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with mastery in the ability to tailor the message to the audience
- Experience influencing teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive security programs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience in security advisory space, technical program management or security solution delivery
- Experience with with NIST CSF 2.0, NIS2, or ISO 27001
- Experience with CISSP, CISM, CCSP or similar certifications a plus
