Job Description
- Direct responsibility for the programming of intrusion detection alert notifications in the company video management system.
- Ensure that video motion detection and object analytic alert parameters are programmed to increase response productivity by providing accurate notifications and minimizing false positives.
- Use notification reporting to test camera system detection performance and proactively address inefficiencies.
- Provide technical and administrative oversight of company alarm systems, including remote testing and diagnosis of malfunction systems.
- Provide technical and administrative support for the management of emergency notification systems.
- Direct responsibility for administration of video evidence retention and transmission program.
- Provide support for security operations center through production and analysis of daily notification and incident response activity reporting.
- Collaborate with internal partners in field operations, asset management, human resources and legal related to production of relevant or sensitive video footage.
- 3 years in a security and/or loss prevention role responding to and addressing physical threats, criminal acts and emergency incidents.
- Experience as an end user of security systems, including but not limited to video management, burglar or fire alarm, and emergency notification systems.
- Technical proficiency and experience in programming video management systems required.
- Experience managing burglar alarm systems preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient use of current Microsoft Office Products (MS Office Suite-Outlook, Word and Excel)
