- Provides nursing care and guidance to patients from initial contact through the continuum of care.
- Guides patients on treatment plans, next steps in appointments, and assists with scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Tracks outcomes of referrals and treatments, maintaining detailed records to measure program effectiveness.
- Develops and implements patient education programs and tools.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's in nursing
- 3 experience with one year in specialty
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
- BCLS - Basic Life Support American Heart Association
