Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of food & nutrition services, including patient dining, retail, and catering operations
- Serve as the primary client partner, building strong relationships with hospital leadership and acting as the escalation point
- Drive patient satisfaction (HCAHPS/Press Ganey), retail performance, and overall service excellence
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Directors, Clinical Nutrition leaders, and department managers
- Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, food safety standards, and Morrison/Compass policies
- Lead performance improvement initiatives across patient services, retail, and support areas
- Partner with Morrison leadership to support retention, client satisfaction, and operational growth
- Build a culture focused on safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- 8 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare foodservice, hospital support services, or similar environment
- Experience leading large teams in a complex, high-volume setting (acute care experience preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance
- Proven ability to improve patient satisfaction and operational outcomes
- Experience working with hospital executives and clinical teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ServSafe certification preferred
