Job Description

Responsibilities
- Culture, expand, differentiate, and cryopreserve human stem cells and primary cells
- Maintain and monitor cell culture systems using aseptic technique
- Support development and use of micro physiological (organ-on-chip) systems
- Assist with experimental setup, data collection, and basic data management
- Maintain laboratory equipment (e.g., incubators, biosafety cabinets)
- Manage inventory and order lab supplies
- Document protocols and maintain organized lab records
- Assist with onboarding and training of new lab members

Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, bioengineering, or a related field
- 6 months working experience: with aseptic technique and cell culture
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ability to train others
- Experience with human stem cell or primary cell culture (advanced cell culture)
- Familiarity with flow cytometry, microscopy, or imaging techniques - specialized techniques
- Experience with microfluidics or device fabrication

Salary : $22 - $29
