- Organize and maintain recruitment spreadsheets and documents
- Monitor project emails
- Track participants
- Project Planning
- Strategic development
- Team Supervision
- IRB Duties
- Perform other related activities as required
- Current or past student in social work, psychology, public health, or other social/behavioral science
- Experience working on a research study.
- Experience recruiting participants for research.
- Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
- Interest in research with POC populations
- Strong project management skills (related to research preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Leadership Skills
- High level of attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work on a team, and punctuality
- Commitment to social justice and racial and socioeconomic equity
