Remote Senior Analyst - Sales Enablement
Job Description
As a Senior Analyst in Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for understanding, preparing, processing, and analyzing data to make it valuable and useful for operational and decision-making purposes. You will collaborate with other functional teams, advanced analytics, and data governance positions to create highly useful information. Your knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and needs will be crucial in identifying opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve desired business benefits.
Responsibilities
- Understand, prepare, process, and analyze data for operational and decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to create highly useful information.
- Validate and test data to confirm accuracy.
- Interpret analysis results, identify trends and issues, and develop recommendations.
- Communicate complex information clearly to influence decision-making.
- Implement and maintain decision support or master data management solutions.
- Support sales enablement activities related to new account creation, customer master maintenance, and account restructuring.
- Advise field teammates and customers on customer master data maintenance and creation.
- Document processes and procedures related to sales enablement.
- Create monthly analytics to drive completion.
- Support the customer product training license process and validation order report holds.
- Support new account validation, including license review and account creation.
- Support account maintenance and requests such as address and name changes.
- Support account consolidation, cleansing, and structure change requests.
- Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
- Support vendor credentialing process for over 3,000 hospital facilities.
- Act as the point of contact for Vendormate’s Credentialing Office.
- Drive the creation of custom certificates of insurance for hospitals.
- Create product training credentialing letters for field teams.
- Submit background checks and drug tests through HireRight.
- Support cross-functional teams for credentialing requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, XLOOKUPS, and VLOOKUPS.
- Experience with data entry and account updates in JDEdwards and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Skilled in handling MasterData and Valgensis.
- 5 years of experience in commercial operations or customer support.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
