The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, comfortable working with large datasets, and has advance Excel capabilities. This role requires a team-oriented individual who thrives in a highly interactive environment and is not suited for someone who prefers to work independently. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of concurrent activities, requiring strong prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Compensation
$25-35/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. - Experience with FTC assessments
- Experience with ISO27001
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines
- Able to manage a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Experience supporting or running security, compliance, or regulatory assessments
- Comfortable working in a structured assessment environment with defined timelines and deliverables
- Ability to track requests, manage follow-ups, and help drive activities to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to partner closely with the team. This role requires frequent interaction and coordination and is not suited for someone who prefers to work independently with minimal engagement.
- Strong team play who contributes positively to group dynamics
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, trends and inconsistencies
- Comfortable working with large datasets and synthesizing information into meaningful insights
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate upcoming needs and next steps, often acting without requiring detailed direction (e.g. ability to think critically)
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, data analysis, v and x lookups, complex formulas, etc.)
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt as priorities evolve
- Experience building dashboard or visualization in Power BI
