Job Description
A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE (EST) - Marketing Manager to join the Ecosystem Marketing team. This role will support the marketing of games made by external developers - communicating 1-1 with developers to build out content and event roadmaps, gathering necessary materials and data to run marketing campaigns for that content, delivering assets to internal & external partners, reporting on campaign performance, and driving overall growth in the ecosystem by identifying top tier games before they release.
Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with developers to learn what games or live ops updates are being worked on
- Use that information to craft a comprehensive & cross-functional marketing plan that can be communicated to other teams internally
- Track experiences within the Ecosystem and identify opportunities for promotion of games made by external developers
- Build marketing plans for different marketing beats, leveraging internal and external resources to deliver those plans
- Ensure our project management tools stay up to date with the latest information across a number of fast-moving projects
- Analyze campaign performance and build out succinct reports based on that analysis
- Manage and directly contribute to a dynamic asset pipeline ensuring you have what you need to visualize games in ways that break through the noise on social platforms
- Work cross-functionally to communicate opportunities to include these games in wider marketing efforts.
- Create and maintain high quality & concise presentations on multiple marketing activations simultaneously
Skills And Requirements
- Experience working in a developer or publisher facing capacity
- Experience working across multiple large projects simultaneously
- Experience in balancing priorities and internal resources against various competing projects
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working cross functionally with different teams
- Experience quickly building concise presentations
- Experience with conducting a significant number of calls and keeping very concise notes / action item
- Familiarity with UEFN and Fortnite (have played game and understands Ecosystem)
- Community Mangement and/or Developer Community background
