Job Description

An employer is looking for an Optimizely QA Lead to sit remotely. You will primarily be leading testing efforts related to the clients Optimizely environment. 60-70% of your time will be dedicated to leading testing initiatives/ teams, with the remaining time being hands on engineering and executing automation testing related to Optimizely. You will leverage your content testing experience by validating content publishing workflows, personalization, localization, and multi-site/ multi-language support in Optimizely CMS. You will ensure QA methodologies and practives are adhered to for the designated products and help define/ implement QA metrics and release standards. Additional responsibilites will include:

•  Guide and mentor, a team of quality engineers by assigning tasks, providing feedback, and fostering professional development.
•  Participates in reviewing the performance of quality team members and provides guidance for improvement
•  Develops and executes a comprehensive test strategy aligned with product and project
  
  

requirements, including but not limited to functional, system integration, regression,

performance, security, and accessibility testing.

•  Engages with development and delivery teams to review and plan product and project roadmaps. Meets with
  
  

application or customer verticals, project management teams on a regular basis to ensure that upcoming

projects are planned

•  Oversee the execution of test cases across different testing phases

Skills And Requirements

10 years experience in quality assurance/ automation test engineering

3 years experience in QA lead roles

Well versed in Optimizely (Episerver) CMS and content testing

Strong expertise in API test automation engineering- Selenium, Cypress

Development/ scripting skills- C#/ Java

Experience testing .Net based applications- UI & API

Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services including Azure Key Vault, Service Bus, and functions

Agile/ Scrum experience Optimizely certified

BDD and TDD experience
