Production team with a primary focus on mobile assets. As the Associate Producer for Mobile
Video, this person will be instrumental in assisting an outsourced production pipeline to create high quality gameplay and video screenshots that showcases experiences on mobile. This role collaborates across multiple departments from marketing, game teams, and external vendors to produce high-quality content.
In this role you will
- Assist with the production management and pipeline coordination of marketing videos for
- Help maintain production schedules, set up project channels/workspaces, and keep documentation aligned with video production guidelines.
- Support communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Coordinate the sourcing, organization, and distribution of assets for Marketing, Video Finishing, and Mobile Marketing teams.
- Help route deliverables for review, collect stakeholder feedback, and relay revisions to production teams.
- Prepare and submit requests for music licensing, graphics (GFX), and other production support needs.
- Take detailed meeting notes, track action items, and provide follow-up to ensure project needs are addressed.
- Assist in tracking deliverables, updating project trackers, and confirming export specifications.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on assets and final exports under guidance from production leads.
- Support promotional efforts for mobile video content across platforms by coordinating with the Mobile Marketing team.
Skills And Requirements
- Experience working with outsource vendors to create gameplay trailer / video content. Ideally familiar with gameplay capture and mobile video workflows.
- Strong understanding of video production pipelines, scheduling, and project management,
- Backgrund in Gaming or TV/Film
- Proficient or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere and Photoshop or similar software
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for video games and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends, particularly in the mobile gaming space
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Shotgrid, Wrike or Jira is preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced environment. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and project pivots, maintaining flexibility to support evolving production needs
- Familiarity with mobile platform guidelines and industry best practices
