The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience building advanced Excel macros, managing enterprise workflow tools, and delivering actionable business insights through Salesforce reporting. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a year-long contract with potential extension. Hourly pay rate ranges from $28.00-$33.20 an hour, pending skillset and experience. Full benefits are available to opt-in to and we are looking for someone to start by January 1st.

- Advanced Excel Automation & VBA Development
- Write, test, and maintain VBA code to automate repetitive tasks in Excel.
- Develop custom functions, macros, and user forms to improve data processing and analysis.
- Create and implement VBA solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Design and develop complex Excel models and dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing Excel automation tools.
- Ensure code quality, data accuracy and integrity, documentation, and robust error-handling techniques.
- Provide training and support to end-users on VBA applications and Excel tools.
- Document VBA code and create user guides to facilitate understanding and usage.
- Business Workflow Development & Maintenance
- Develop, modify, and maintain business workflows based on business requirements.
- Improve existing workflow logic and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and test enhancements.
- Salesforce Reporting & Data Management
- Produce, manage, and optimize Salesforce.com reports and dashboards.
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders on reporting & data requirements.
- SharePoint Site Management
- Administer, update, and maintain business/function Microsoft SharePoint sites.
- Manage site structure, permissions, document libraries, and user access.
- Implement improvements to enhance usability and organization.
Skills And Requirements
- Proven advanced-level experience with Excel macros and VBA (portfolio or demonstrated examples preferred), as well as being versed in the interoperability of the O365 suite in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with business workflow development (or similar enterprise workflow systems).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com reporting, dashboards, and data structures.
- Practical experience in SharePoint site administration and content management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in O365, Excel or VBA is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide a portfolio or demonstrated examples of Excel work with macros/VBA
