What You-ll Do

• Lead with Safety & Reliability - Guide maintenance and tooling teams to execute both preventive and reactive maintenance across a wide range of equipment, including injection molding machines, molds, robots, extruders, and more.
• Maximize Performance - Use root cause analysis and lean practices to minimize downtime, optimize costs, and drive KPIs.
• Develop & Mentor - Build technical capability through training, coaching, and career development programs that strengthen your team and improve retention.
• Drive Innovation - Partner with plant leadership to implement national best practices and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Manage Facilities & Vendors - Oversee contractors, building systems, and equipment to ensure compliance, safety, and top performance.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor-s degree in Mechanical Engineering or 8 years of proven technical management experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong background in root cause analysis, process development, and continuous improvement.
• Experience using CMMS platforms (UpKeep a plus).
• Safety-focused mindset with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
• CMRP certification a plus.
