• DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
• The Staff Nurse under the supervision of the Charge Nurse is responsible for the nursing care of patients assigned to him/her, and to direct others in patient care.
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Professional/Educational
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nursing license with biennial renewal.
• Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
• Certification in clinical specialty encouraged.
• Personal
• Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.
• Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.
• Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
  
  

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
