Regional Vice President, Software and PST Job Description: Sage is a rapidly growing company committed to revolutionizing financial management. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President to lead and manage our Software and PST vertical. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 5-6 Account Executives, focusing on Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) and Mid Market accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct one-on-one reviews with all sales reps to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales rep's sales and activity performance; - Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure - Conduct weekly forecast meetings to ensure business is tracking on a monthly cadence - Develop and maintain strong partnerships across the Sage Intacct Ecosystem - Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct products and technologies, competitors, industry trends - Report sales activity and forecast to senior sales management to provide timely insight on trends and issues Requirements: - 4 years of experience in SaaS sales management, preferably in enterprise applications/ERP to the office of finance - Demonstrated track record of job stability and achievement. - Ability to effectively hire and train new sales representatives - Ability to speak about basic finance and accounting concepts and processes; experience and success selling to finance and the CFO Plenty of perks: - Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably) - Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage - 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%) - 32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday) - 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date - 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation) - $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date - Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually) - Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings What it's like to work at Sage: Careers homepage -https://www.sage.com/en-us/company/careers/ Glassdoor reviews -https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Sage-Reviews-E1150.htm LinkedIn page -https://www.linkedin.com/company/sage-software Function: Sales Country: United States Office Location: Remote Work Place type: Hybrid Advert Working at Sage means you're supporting millions of small and medium sized businesses globally with technology to work faster and smarter.
